Mindfulness Hub – Evening Circle

 

Our Evening Circle is a structured 4-week online mindfulness community, offered several times a year in live cohorts.

This is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the foundations of mindfulness together, not just as ideas, but as lived experience in community.

Each evening includes:

  • Guided mindfulness practices

  • Exploration of the attitudes and foundations of mindfulness

  • Group reflection and shared enquiry

  • Time to simply be and reconnect

The circle is open to all levels of experience, whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice and wish to practice in community.
