Esen Sekerkarar is a mindfulness trainer and organisational wellbeing consultant, known for her work with corporations and individuals. She is a Certified MBSR Teacher and the founder of Mindfulness Hub, helping people worldwide enhance mental resilience through evidence-based mindfulness practices.

Esen obtained her accredited qualification as an MBSR teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where the trademarked program was founded. She is also a Certified MBSR teacher by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.

What is Mindfulness?

How is Mindfulness Used?

In the late 1970s, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn introduced mindfulness to Western healthcare. He created the now-famous 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Since then, people across various sectors have embraced mindfulness to build resilience and navigate life without relying solely on medication or therapy.
