“The 9 Foundational Attitudes of Mindfulness,” as beautifully summarised by Jon Kabat-Zinn, form the basis of both formal and informal mindfulness practice.
In this six-week online course, we will explore each of these core attitudes in depth. Through interactive weekly sessions, we will focus on key attitudes by offering practical insights and guided mindfulness exercises. Designed to deepen your mindfulness practice, this course will help you cultivate a richer understanding of mindfulness at its core and discover meaningful ways to reflect these values in your everyday life.
