1-Day Intensive Mindfulness Course

This 1-day intensive mindfulness course offers a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness and its practical applications. Designed for those seeking a deeper understanding of mindfulness, the course will be delivered live online via Zoom over five hours (with short breaks). Participants will engage in a blend of theory and practice, learning all the essential mindfulness principles, as well as guided mindfulness exercises.
Throughout the course, you will explore the history, principles, and benefits of mindfulness, and discover practical ways to incorporate it into your daily life. The interactive sessions will also cover practical usages for managing stress and enhancing overall well-being. By the end of the day, you will have gained first-hand experience in mindfulness practice, and be equipped with tools to continue your practice independently.
In addition to the live sessions, all participants will receive course materials, including guided meditation audio files, enabling you to sustain your mindfulness journey beyond the course. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this intensive course will provide you with valuable insights and practical skills to improve your well-being.
